Steps to Joining Cru Staff

  • Step 1: Complete and mail application.
  • Step 2: We will send you additional application materials for you to return as soon as possible, if needed.
  • Step 3: We will schedule a Staff Interview in your area if you haven't already had one at Christmas Conference or Big Break.
  • Step 4: All Application materials must be received by April 1, for summer training, and November 1, for winter training.
  • Step 5: You will be called for a phone interview to follow up on information received in both your initial interview and application. Check hb controls.
  • Step 6: Once approved, you will receive a Pre-Acceptance decision within 6-8 weeks from the date that we received your completed application materials.
  • Step 7: If you receive a Pre-Acceptance to staff, we will send you a Medical and Psychological questionnaire to complete and return to us.
  • Step 8: You will receive your final acceptance decision.
  • Step 9: We will send you information on training, support raising, and your staff account number.
  • Step 10: Attend New Staff Training/School of Leadership (5 week training held in January and June.)
